The Office of the Vice President for Culture, applying all its material and nonmaterial facilities and potentials, is honored to have taken steps to cultivate an air of sophistication and pave the way for the students to present their opinions, beliefs, innovations, and abilities in this safe, healthy, and ideal environment. May a nourishing society emerge out of this path to render fragrant blossoms of the students’ thoughts flower in different academic, cultural, and artistic areas―just to mention a few.
The Office of the Vice President for Culture was established based on the decision made by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology encouraging the establishment of Cultural Administrations in all the universities of the country. Thanks to the collaboration of the Arts and Cultural Organizations, the Academic-Student Associations, the Student Bodies, and the Supreme Leader’s Representative Office, this office has been taking significant steps to gain many goals, such as institutionalizing the knowledge-oriented culture, the soundness of mind within certain frameworks, and the approved regulations of the Cultural Council of the University.
