Dean's Message
Dear Students, Esteemed Academic Colleagues, Researchers, and Valued Visitors,
Welcome to the Faculty of Technology and Engineering (FTE)
Established in 1998, the Faculty of Technology and Engineering has been committed from the very beginning to offering students high-quality engineering programs. The faculty’s curriculum is designed to equip graduates with skills in cutting-edge research, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Currently, the faculty serves over 1,400 undergraduate students, approximately 350 master’s students, and more than 50 doctoral students. Our mission is to create a faculty that leads in education, scientific research, technological development, and artistic endeavor—aiming to advance society and enhance the quality of life, while fostering an understanding of national and international solidarity. The faculty seeks to respond to current societal needs by developing selected "target research thrusts" that harness the talent and aspirations of our academic community. This is supported by providing the appropriate research infrastructure to help our faculty members excel in their areas of expertise.
We at FTE strongly believe in this vision, and we hope that all of you reading this message will continue to support and strengthen one of the finest engineering faculties in Iran and the region. I am confident that, through the Faculty’s clear strategy and with your continued support, the FTE will keep growing, advancing, and excelling to meet the complex and ever-changing demands of the 21st century. It is my pleasure to work with our team at FTE, where individuals are deeply committed to the shared vision of excellent teaching and learning, and to disseminating knowledge for Iran and beyond.
