The current routine activities of the Scientific and International Cooperation Office of Shahrekord University

1. Writing letter to present services to faculty members and students of university, such as:

• The issuance of a recommendation letter and certificate of employment for the faculty member in English language;
• The issuance of a recommendation letter to issue visa and participate in international congresses and seminars;
• The issuance of laboratory samples transferring certification in joint research studies with universities abroad;
• The issuance of thesis/dissertation supervisor/advisor’s commission in English language for  foreign professors of cooperation party
• The issuance of certificates and introducing students to foreign embassies and pursuing consular affairs; university officials’ departing abroad;

1. Programming, coordinating and taking actions with regard to formal visits of officials of universities abroad and conducting  all correspondences;
2. Preparing student certificates or graduate certificates based on scores and documents approved by educational deputy of university;

• Confirmation of Shahrekord University students graduation documents translated in English language in order  to be sent to universities abroad for pursuing higher education;

1. Investigating, preparing and finalizing memorandums of understanding and the university cooperation document with other universities, research institutions and other governmental   (or foreign) agencies with joint cooperation area;
2. Pursuing and operationalizing memorandums of understanding and the existing agreed upon cooperation document;
3. Hosting foreign guests invited for holding educational workshop or lecturing;
4. Observation and planning scientific international actions of university and preparing and sending annual report to the Scientific and International Cooperation centre of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology;
5. Establishing relationship with different groups and units of university with regard to concluding and operationalizing scientific international cooperation MOUs ;
