One of the most tremendous responsibilities of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology is to extend and continue higher education for people from all walks of life. Second-shift higher education―Note 48 of the First Economic and Cultural Development Plan of the country―has been provided since 1990, and it has also been delivered in Shahrekord University since early October 2003.
